What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• your name and phone number
• the kitchen you choose, the dishes, the price, and any note you add
• the time the order was sent

You do not need an account. We do not ask for a card number on this page.

Why we use it

We use these details to send your order to the kitchen you picked and to contact you about that order. The legal basis is the contract to prepare your food, and our duty to keep basic business records.

Who else sees it

The kitchen you selected receives the order so they can make it. We do not sell your details. Our website host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as the address of the device that opened the site.

How long we keep it

We keep an order for as long as the kitchen needs it, and for as long as we must keep business records. You can ask us to delete your contact details when we no longer need them for that order.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
